Experiential meetings

Are spaces for collective learning where women and youth have didactic formative experiences for better management and utilization of their nutritional, agricultural, and economic resources. The expected result is more structured household economies that allow for sustainable consumption of more and better foods.

Agroecology

Through planting, we rescue the importance of native foods and the seasonality of crops in an act of alignment with the cycles of nature. We also teach families about the use and processing of harvested products, handling and hygiene of the same.

Gastronomy

We encourage diversity of preparations and the elaboration of healthy recipes, as well as the development of healthy habits. In these spaces, we seek to rescue creativity, strengthening their confidence and leadership capacities.
